Now that I'm far away at New York, I'm sure all of you missed me-- the one and only fabulous Dawn Yang. Teehee.
Remember those days when I was forced to go on the newspaper and apologised for my plagiarism?

In an interview with The New Paper on Wednesday, Ms Yang admitted she had made a mistake.
"I apologise to all my readers. I didn't do this intentionally," she said. --> But I have forgotten to apologise to all the authors!
She said that at the time she posted the entries, she didn't really think citations were necessary.
"It didn't cross my mind that I was doing something wrong," she said.
She promised she would be more careful about citing her sources in future.
But she felt that many of her detractors were not just focusing on the plagiarism, but were instead digging into her personal life.
She said: "Because it's me, because of this spat, they've gone up in arms. You can talk about it, but please don't cross the lines of civility." ---> die die must portray that people are cyber bullying me!

I just taken away the word "literally" and added in the word "gigantic"! I am sooo smart! People will never discover them!

Afterall, just like New York is the gigantic city that never sleeps, plagiarism is the habit I'll never quit!

Teehee, I certainly have no qualms about lying on the national radio!
But since then I was caught plagiarising from as many as I-don't-know-how-many-entries-because-I don't-know-how-to-count! Teehee! Even the PM Lee speech, if I may remind you! Oh such audacity that I have!

OMG. Miss plastic sure pisses me off. Claiming that she doesn't know she is doing anything wrong? Claiming that she doesn't know she needs citation?
For someone that goes to University and is back in University. Universities takes plagiarism very seriously. If a student is found to have plagiarized, most of the time they are immediately expelled. Especially high ranking/ good universities.
Even if she "REALLY" doesn't know.
Taking people's work and not giving credit is STEALING. How about all the hardwork, time and effort the ORIGINAL(REAL) author put in? HUH BITCH?
People say "these people are just jealous."
JEALOUS?! my fucking ass. People work hard and you go steal it? No one wants that to happen to them.
I'm a postgrad student from another country. People like here are frown upon and SPAT upon here.
She can't really speak well... She was inarticulate most of the time and Ross has to speak for her. No wonder she needs to plagiarize, BECAUSE SHE IS NOT GOOD AT WORDS!
The way she answered Ross’s questions was like ‘got answered = no answer’. Very shallow interview, no substance out from her plastic mouth.
XX once liked her? She better read up XX’s blog and do some homework before answering to such question, NO ONE EVER LIKED HER BEFORE!!! XX will not befriends with such plastic people (I’m not referring to the outer appearance, it’s the character issue!!) Donkey Yang, dream on lah…

I think Ross hit the nail right on the head with her last words "PUBLICITY STUNT"
thats basically how Dawn is taking it...she generally seems really disinterested in the whole thing
She keeps saying "why would I feel so strongly about this" but seh doesn't even look/sound like she cares
XX obviously feels strong about her right to blog about wateva she wants and you can tell that bc XX gets worked up, angry and vengeful...
and Dawn.....
She gives half-hearted answers and posts pics of herself with her undies showing..lol
she is definitely not interest in this anymore
I think she was angry at the beginning...and then got her lawyers to handle it
now she just wants the extra hits on her blog that comes from all this...and it is in her best interest to keep ppl guessing....thats why she still hasn't been concrete about the whole "am I going to really sue or not" issue
THis was prob tough for Ross though...cuz we all know that she and XX are Friends.....so it must have been hard to not show any bias
